Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AetherGuardian Internet Services, Inc. ("AetherGuardian," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information through our website, online Store and customer accounts (together, the "Store"  - located at https://store.aetherguardian.net - ) and in our communications with customers and prospective customers. Capitalized terms that this policy does not define have the meanings given in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Section 1.

Scope

1.1 What this policy covers. This policy covers personal information about the people who visit the Store, create accounts, place orders, contact us or receive our communications. Most of them act on behalf of a business.

1.2 What it does not cover. This policy does not cover Customer Content that our business customers submit to our Hosted Services. We process Customer Content only on behalf of the customer that submitted it, under our Terms and Conditions of Sale and any agreement with that customer. We use it only to provide the Services, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models, other than a model dedicated to that customer that the customer asks us in writing to train. If your information is in a customer's content, please contact that customer. This policy also does not cover the websites, marketplaces or services of others, including Aggregation Sellers, even when we link to them.

Section 2.

Information We Collect

2.1 Information you give us. This includes: (a) contact and business details, such as your name, business name, job title, email address, phone number and business address; (b) account details, such as your login email and password; (c) order details, such as the products and services you buy, billing and shipping addresses, purchase orders and tax-exemption certificates; (d) payment details, which you enter directly with our payment processor, from which we receive only limited information, such as the card type and last four digits; and (e) the content of your messages, support requests and quote requests.

2.2 Information we collect automatically. When you use the Store, we and our service providers collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of each request. We also use cookies and similar technologies as Section 5 describes.

2.3 Information from others. We receive information from: (a) our payment processor, such as payment status and fraud-screening results; (b) Aggregation Sellers, manufacturers, distributors and shipping carriers, such as order, shipping, delivery, return and warranty status; and (c) public business sources, such as company websites and professional directories, and people who refer you to us.

2.4 Information we do not want. Please do not send us sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, health information or confidential information about your clients, through the Store, email or support channels. We do not collect biometric identifiers. Any data used for authentication purposes is maintained in secure vaults, such as API keys, passwords, and if stored therein, we have no ability to decrypt/recover any credential details to plain text, or any biometric data should it store them due to the design and use using salted hashed, and other common security mechanisms making them entirely irrecoverable. Only you know your password. We do not hard-code credentials. If we become aware of such a thing, we remediate it as fast as commercially possible. Please report all instances any hard-coded credentials to us at psirt@aetherguardian.net.

4.3 Providers' own terms. Some of these recipients, including payment processors, storefront platform providers and Aggregation Sellers, also use information that passes through their services for their own purposes under their own terms and privacy policies, such as fraud prevention, security and improving their services, which can include training their AI tools. Their privacy policies govern that use.

Section 5.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

5.1 What we use. We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed to run the Store, for example to keep you signed in, remember your cart, secure checkout and prevent fraud, and to understand in aggregate how the Store is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Store may not work without them.

5.2 Cross-site tracking. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not allow advertising networks to collect information about your online activities through our Store. Our payment processor and storefront platform may collect device and browsing information through the Store and use it, including across other websites they serve, for fraud prevention and security under their own privacy policies.

Section 6.

You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in each one, and we honor opt-outs within 10 business days. We do strive to automatically opt-out when requested, and will strive to continue our efforts to automate towards immediate opt-out capabilities if not yet there. We will still send transactional and account messages, such as order, billing, renewal and security notices.

Section 7.

Retention and Disposal

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. In general, we keep: (a) order, invoice and tax records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, generally up to seven years or longer; (b) account information while your account is open and for up to two years after it closes or longer; (c) marketing contact information until you opt out or ask us to delete it, after which we keep only what we need to honor your request; and (d) technical logs that we control for no more than 12 months, or longer, unless we need them longer to investigate a security incident. Section 8.

Security

8.1 Our safeguards. We maintain reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we hold and the size of our business, and we require our service providers to maintain reasonable security as well. Depending on the system and the risk, our safeguards include measures such as antivirus and malware detection and prevention, data leak prevention, vulnerability analysis, tracking and remediation, firewalls and proxies, encryption, and accounting, authentication and authorization controls.

8.2 Secure development. We develop our software under a secure software development lifecycle, which we test and improve on a regular basis.

8.3 Details stay confidential. We do not publish the details of our security controls or detailed information about our secure software development practices, because publishing them would make them less effective. We do not share detailed information with customers under any nondisclosure agreement. Any information we do share is shared with all customers at the same time. We do not provide any early-disclosure details to customers for any resolved security vulnerabilities. When one customer knows, all customers know at the same time. We do share remediation details about resolved security vulnerability information privately with all customers before publicly announcing any such information to allow customers time to take any necessary mediation steps before threat actors are able to take advantage of any public notices sent for informational purposes only. Our goal is transparent, yet safe, notification control.

8.4 No guarantee. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and no system or software is free of every vulnerability. We cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered or lost without authorization.

8.5 Your part. Keep your account credentials confidential, use a strong password and two-step verification where we offer it, and tell us promptly at a if you suspect unauthorized access.

8.6 Reporting a vulnerability. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our Store or Services, please report it to psirt@aetherguardian.net and give us a reasonable time to fix it, and notify customers privately, before you disclose it to anyone else.

8.7 Breach notification. If a security breach involves personal information covered by this policy, we will notify you as the law requires, including within 30 days after we determine that the breach occurred where Colorado law requires notice to Colorado residents. If a breach affects Customer Content that a business customer submitted to our Hosted Services, including personal information about that customer's own clients or customers, if we are able to do so, we will notify that customer as our Terms and Conditions of Sale provide, so that it can meet its own notice obligations.

Section 9.

Your Choices, Your Rights

9.1 Your account. You can review and update your account information in your account at any time.

9.2 Requests. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to privacy@aetherguardian.net. We respond to requests as required by applicable law. We may keep information we need, for example to complete a transaction or meet a legal obligation, and we may ask for information to verify your identity.

9.3 Additional rights. If a privacy law that applies to you gives you additional rights, we will honor them as that law requires.

Section 10.

The Store is for business use by adults only. Anyone under the age of 18 is not authorized to use the Store. Furthermore, it is not directed to children or to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we block, and delete any that we learn we have collected. If you believe that a minor has given us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action to remediate the unauthorized use as immediately as possible.

Section 11.

Our service providers may operate the Store from other regions, and may process information in the United States and in other countries. If customers do order from outside the United States, we reserve the right to cancel any orders at our discretion.

Section 12.
